The rates for two in a private villa for 7 nights, not including 13% lodging tax are:
$4,000 for the period from Jan 5 to May 27, 2010 (excluding Valentines and Easter weeks) and Dec 1 to Dec 17, 2010.
$4,500 during the holiday seasons:
* Valentines: Feb 11 to Feb 17, 2010
* Easter: March 27 to April 10, 2010
* Thanksgiving: Nov 20 to Dec 1, 2010
* Christmas Holiday: Dec 18 to Jan 5, 2010
$3,500 for the period from May 28 to Nov 19, 2010
